My Geometric Universe

What it is and what you do with it: build virtual play scenes with basic geometric shapes.

Draw and cut out basic shapes with virtual tools (pencil, ruler, compass, set square, scissors) then watch how the shapes are transformed into various 3D objects which can be used to create animated/interactive play scenes. 3 scenes (Kid's Room, Ancient Egypt, Middle Ages).

What we liked: the concept (introducing kids to math/geometry through interactive play). Good set of features (including step-by-step instructions, extra math/geometry facts). Simple graphics and animations. Fun factor. Ease of use. Overall quality of the app.

What we didn't like: no spoken instructions. Font used for the instructions/descriptions could be more 'young reader friendly'.
