Best for: Interactive play, Creativity, Eye-hand coordination, Interaction

What it is and what you do with it: a role-playing app with 3 interactive scenes: house, park and grocery store.

Create your own stories using a set of characters (there are 16 characters to choose from) and interactive props.

What we liked: the concept. Good variety of scenes with tons of interactive items in each scene. Attention to detail (e.g. you can play with a 'working' candy dispenser in the grocery store or make your own ice cream in the park etc). Humor and fun factor. Ease of use. No ads or other distracting features. Overall quality of the app. Great for creating role-play scenarios and stories.

What we didn't like: no option to record and replay your story.

Best for: Interactive play, Interaction

What it is and what you do with it: interactive play app for kids from the popular Dr Panda series.

Drive the train across 3 different environments and discover hidden interactions (e.g. tap animals in the jungle and watch how they will react).

You can also help dr Panda to operate the steam engine, inspect tickets or serve refreshments in the passenger car or operate the crane at the depot to unload the items from the cargo car.

What we liked: the concept. Illustrations and animations featuring popular dr Panda characters. Humor and fun factor. Ease of use (the app is suitable even for younger kids). No ads or other distracting features.

What we didn't like: we wish there was more educational content. The activities can quickly get repetitive (we wish there was more variety).

Best for: Interactive play, Attention & concentration, Eye-hand coordination, Thinking & problem solving, Understanding of the world

What it is and what you do with it: a set of simple activities related to a bus driver's work (drive passengers to various destinations, fill up the gas, go through a wash etc) with the winter/Christmas theme.

What we liked: the concept. Good range of simple activities. Simple reward system with coins. Fun factor. Simple 3D like illustrations and animations. Sounds and sound backgrounds. Easy operation. No distracting elements. Overall quality of the app.

What we didn't like: could have more education value. We wish there was more variety in the activities (can get repetitive pretty quickly compared to other dr Panda's apps). No spoken instructions (for younger kids an introduction to the activities by a parent will be required).
